Activating Membership In The Mobile App for Current (or Previous) Members

As an Entertainment Member using the Entertainment® mobile app, it is possible to add additional memberships to an existing account.  

Follow the instructions below to activate your new or additional membership via the mobile app.

1. You must logout of your account.  To do so, press the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the upper left corner of the app.  

Select My Account in the menu.

Select the Sign Out option

Confirm your desire to logout by selecting the orange Sign Out button

2. From the app's home screen, tap the Activate A New Membership button

3. On the Activate Your Membership screen, enter the email address associated with your account and the access code that you are activating.  Press the Activate Membership button.

4. The app will indicate that it has located your existing account record.  You will be prompted to enter your password.  Once entered, press the Activate Membership button.

5. After the Activate Membership button has been pressed, you will receive a confirmation on the screen of the mobile app.  You can Start Saving from there.  If you have additional memberships to activate, you will need to logout of the app again and complete these steps again.
