We do not offer a telephone-based member services option.  We made the decision to have email be the primary method of communication as it allows more efficient reference of the multiple databases that are sometimes employed to answer questions or resolve concerns.  Our team of member service representatives, located in our Troy, Michigan headquarters, will handle your message and provide you with a quality response. 

Please search for the answer to your specific question using our helpful member services portal. There are a number of answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's) and tutorials available to allow Members to address issues independently.
