Not all the books I ordered arrived

With multiple book orders, before any books are declared missing, please verify that you have gotten all the packages associated with your order.  On the packing slip there will be a Box 1 of # message.  If you have not gotten all the the packages or boxes associated with your order, then please wait an additional business day before declaring any missing books.  Sometimes multiple packages get separated in the mail process and could take an extra day for them to show up at your door. All packages that have both US and Canadian editions in one order will be shipped separately since they do come from different warehouses.

After waiting an additional day or you are a Box 1 of 1 order, then you can send us an email with the following information:

Missing Edition(s):
Indicate in your message that you still would like the missing books.
