Status Of My Order
Check online for the status of your order:
Click here to look up your order details via our order portal. You will need your Order Number and the email address used when ordering.
Order Confirmation:When you complete an order you will be provided an Order Confirmation during the checkout process. Within 24 hours of completing your order, you will also receive an email that confirms the order you just placed.
Next, your order will ship from our warehouse. After the package has been processed by the carrier into their systems, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. This email will summarize the contents of your order, the ship to designation, and the shipping method. If you are using one of our expedited shipping methods you will be able to track your order to its end destination.
Standard Shipping: 7 - 10 Business Days
Express Shipping: 5 - 7 Business Days
Rush Shipping: 3 - 5 Business Days
2 day Shipping: 1 - 2 Business Days
Express and Rush Shipping available in USA only.
Overnight Shipping available in the contiguous USA only.
2 day orders placed by 10:00 AM EST, Mon-Fri will be shipped the same day. 2 day orders after 10:00 AM EST or on the weekend will be shipped the next business day.
a) Standard delivery within the United States utilizes UPS Mail Innovations for service.
b) Expedited delivery to United States addresses is facilitated through United Parcel Service (UPS) shipping services.
c) Canadian deliveries will receive their package via Purolator. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes in Canada (i.e., a physical address is required).
d) For your convenience, shipping services do not require signatures for completion of delivery to the listed address. We are unable to add signature requirements for delivery.
e) All U.S. editions will ship from our distribution center located in Ohio.
f) U.S. editions of the Entertainment Book being shipped via standard shipping to Alaska or Canada may take up to 12 to 17 business days to arrive.
g) Standard shipping to Hawaii may take up to 20 to 30 business days to arrive.
h) We do not ship to Puerto Rico.
Delivery Problem?Send us a message if your order has not arrived by the expected date for delivery or there is another type of issue with your order. Please follow the steps below when completing your message:
- Use the subject line: I have a question about the order I received
- Provide us with the ship to address for each edition ordered and quantity.
- If you have the order confirmation number that would be very helpful.
- Then communicate to us the details regarding the delivery of your order
