Status Of My Order
Check online for the status of your order:
Click here to look up your order details via our order portal. You will need your Order Number and the email address used when ordering.
When you complete an order you will be provided an Order Confirmation during the checkout process. Within 24 hours of completing your order, you will also receive an email that confirms the order you just placed.
Next, your order will ship from our warehouse. After the package has been processed by the carrier into their systems, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. This email will summarize the contents of your order, the ship to designation, and the shipping method that was selected. Once tracking appears in the order, you will be able to track your order to its end destination.
Send us a message if your order has not arrived by the expected date for delivery or there is another type of issue with your order. Please follow the steps below when completing your message:

Provide us with the ship to address for each edition ordered and quantity.
If you have the order confirmation number that would be very helpful.
