Making changes to an order after checking out

We do understand that error can sometimes occur and that individuals might request that an order be altered after it was submitted.  Once a credit card payment is authorized and an order is submitted through the website, Entertainment cannot alter the contents of the order. 

In some circumstances, we might have a limited opportunity to cancel an order if its details contained an error.  We transmit orders to our warehouse through an automated process two times daily on weekdays (6:30 AM & 10:00 AM Eastern Time).  Once those transmissions occur, the possibility of order cancellation is nullified.

That order will ship with the order contents and shipping details that were entered during the order's creation.  Delivery should occur within 7 - 10 business days.  If changes are needed, it would be necessary to return the order. Our Return & Refund Policy is available for review and it does include information on our online portals for creating pre-paid return labels.  A refund would be processed once the order is received back at our warehouse.
