Making changes to an order after checking out

We do understand that an error may have occurred and that you were hoping that we could change something listed in that order.

Once a credit card payment is authorized and an order is submitted through the website, Entertainment cannot alter the contents of the order.  We transmit orders through an automated process and once that occurs, the possibility of order cancellation is nullified.

You should receive your order with the next 7 - 10 business days where you can return the order.  Please feel free to contact us once you realize the error so we can make the proper notes and provide the next steps to help correct the situation in a timely fashion.
