Charging Your Credit Card for Annual Renewal
Your credit card is charged when your order is placed. You will receive an e-mail notifying you that your order has been placed successfully, which will confirm the amount you have been charged. The e-mail will also contain your order ID, which you should reference if you have any questions about your order.Note: At the time of checkout or prior to your book shipping a pre-authorization check on the credit card is completed. This is a standard business practice (often used by gas stations, rental car companies, hotels, etc.) to ensure that the credit card is accurate and ready to process payment once the book ships.
A pre-authorization is not a charge. It will fall off of your credit card statement within a few days. Money is not deducted from the card during this pre-authorization stage.
All Annual Renewal Members will receive advance communication notifying them that their new Entertainment® Book(s) will be shipping soon. When it is time to ship the new book, a charge will appear for the book(s) enrolled and a shipping confirmation will be provided within 2 to 3 business days from the charge date. The book(s) will arrive within the next 7 to 10 business days (shipping to Hawaii may take up to 20 to 30 business days).
